1. What is the minimum package for booking a luxury car for weddings or special occasions?
Since for weddings and special occasions we need to block a particular car for a future date in advance, we will be in need of minimum 8-hour package.

2. What cars are available for bridal car options?
We have Corolla Altis, Toyota Innova Crysta (SUV), Audi A3 Cabrio (Convertible), Audi A6, Benz E Class, Benz S Class, BMW 520d, Jaguar XF, Jaguar XJ, Audi Q7 (SUV)

3. I don’t have a budget. Can I have a Toyota Etios or Maruthi Dzire for Bridal Movements?
Yes, though they are regular commute cars, you can book other cars for bridal movements since special day needs to be different and memorable.

4. I prefer a different type of car not specified above. Can that be arranged?
Kindly check with us by mentioning the model and brand so that we might check with our resources if that specific car can be procured.

5. What color options are available for bridal cars?
All our cars are white except the Audi A3 Cabrio.

6. My bridal procession is only 500 meters and barely finishes within an hour. So, can I book only for a car?
The minimum booking is an 8-hour package.

7. What are the general terms for booking a bridal car?
The minimum booking for booking a particular brand model in advance is an 8-hour package.
Service comes with a chauffeur only.
Time and distance will be calculated from our garage to garage. Our garage is at Ashok Nagar.
Flower decoration is optional. If you have a florist, you can do the decoration.
Flower Decoration from APJ – We give the unique advantage of providing fresh bridal car decorations or arrangements at a better rate as we have tied up with a few florists

8. Are there washing charges if the car is decorated?
Yes. Irrespective of the party making the decorations or by us, there will be a washing charge of Rs.500 if decorated.

9. What if there are no decorations done?
No washing charges.

10. What advantage is there if the flower decoration is done by me and APJ?
* If you have a stage decorated, kindly check with him if he can do car decoration in your car. It should work cheaper. One thing to keep in mind is if the pick-up location is different from the hall or church or temple, kindly preplan it or check with the stage decorator how to go about it.
* If given to APJ – Decoration will be done at our place and when the car reports it will be along with decoration. If the decoration time is 30 minutes or 1 hour, it is on us. But if done by you, the decoration timing will be counted in the package time.
* Floral Decorations are purely non-beneficiary and purely service-oriented from APJ. Kindly choose the best option which suits you. We are always there to suggest if you have any clarifications.
11. Can I use the car for a photoshoot?
Yes. Kindly ensure no damage happens by keeping any prop.

12. Which vehicle has a sunroof and can the bride or groom stand for photoshoots?
Almost all luxury cars, like AUDI, BMW, BENZ, JAGUAR, come with a sunroof.
A kids' sunroof is common in sedans while a panoramic sunroof is available in the AUDI Q7.

13. Can I split the 8 hours into two 4-hour packages on the same day?
If it is on the same day, you can split it into two 4-hour packages. But for each 4 Hours package, the time and distance will be calculated from our garage to garage. If the destination is far from Ashok Nagar, it might end up with higher charges. However, if it suits you to be split into a two-hour package, kindly inform us before the time of booking.

14. Suppose if we have our reception this evening and have our wedding the next day morning, can I split that 8 hour into a 4-hour package?
Not if it is on a different date. In that scenario, we can provide an 8-hour package for the reception and 4 hours for the next day's morning wedding session. Kindly check with us if it is vice versa. We might be able to support them if the cars are available.

15. Is this service available outside Chennai?
Yes. We can send from Chennai on an outstation basis. Kindly check with us on the requirement. We will give you the best solution.

16. My wedding is happening in Hyderabad. Can I get a luxury car in that city?
We can provide in almost all capital cities of India luxury cars for rentals at the same rate as mentioned on our website. In some cities, we will have more options for cars.

17. You have mentioned the 4 Hours package on your website. Can I book a 4-hour package for my wedding or reception?
Those 4-hour packages are meant for airport transfers, hotel transfers or those current-day bookings. We might take up the services: if a vehicle is available or choose the option of saying currently not available. But for a special occasion arrangement, we might need a booking in advance. So, we need an 8-hour package.

18. We have a budget-constrained and we are very sure we might not need the car for more than 2 hours. Is there a solution for us?
Yes. One solution which can be a super saver. If you can give us the option of sending any luxury car at the equivalent price, you can book a 4-hour package in advance for your special day. We call this SUPER SAVER BOOKING.

19. What type of car can I expect if booking through SUPER SAVER BOOKING?
Type of car – Audi A6, Benz E class, BMW 5 Series or Equivalent.

20. Nice to know about SUPER SAVER BOOKING. Can I use this to book a particular brand?
No – While the booking is assured, we might send anyone a luxury car which is available for that day. We cannot guarantee a particular brand and model.

21. What type of flower decoration can be done by APJ?
Fresh Flower decorations.

22. What range of flower decoration does APJ offer?

23. Can I block a particular registration number car?
It is difficult as we have been doing this for the last 16 years and we haven’t held a car for more than 4 years. The one you chose from the gallery might not be available. It is for illustrative purposes. However, there won't be any changes in the brand and model you chose.

24. Will I get the particular brand that I booked?
Yes. For the past 16 years, we haven’t faced a single incident, but for certain cars, we have only 1 in our fleet. In any extreme cases of any breakdowns or any situation where we are unable to send, please find the replacement options.
Audi A6 – Benz E Class or BMW 5 Series
Jaguar XF – Audi A6 or Benz E Class or BMW 5 Series (will be charged as per the vehicle sent tariff. The excess will be refunded.
Audi Q7 – Merc S class or Jaguar XJ or any viable combination based on the requirements.
Audi A3 Cabrio – Mini Cooper Convertible or Audi Q7.
Limousine – can send 2 cars from Audi A6 or Benz E Class or BMW 5 series types. Based on availability.
Merc S class – Jaguar XJ or Audi Q7 (if Audi Q7-Excess will be refunded).
Rolls Royce – can only be replaced with a combination of 5-6 luxury cars.

25. How can I make a booking?
You can send by WhatsApp the required booking details.

26. Do I get a confirmation message?
Yes. You will get a confirmation message from our software CABAPJ. If not received due to network or Do not Disturb obtained available, kindly check with us. We can send it manually.

27. When can I expect my driver and car details?
If the booking is in the morning, we will share the details before day evening and if in the afternoon, that day morning.

28. Cancellation:
Cancellation if 48 hours before – Full refund.
Cancellation before 24 hours – 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours – No refund.

30. How can I make the payment?
We accept Cash, Bank Transfer and Digital payments like Gpay, Phonepe, Paytm.
An online payment facility is available and there will be a processing fee of 4% which will be additional.
package amount has to be paid in advance. Any additional usage can be settled with the driver or transferred towards the trip end. No credit offered.

31. Can I pay a partial amount in advance?
If the booking date is within 10 days, we would need the full amount. If the booking date is above 10 days, you can pay 50% of the package amount and 2 days before the event date you can pay the balance 50%.
